Site Supervisor Cum Store Man

Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. Allocate tasks to workers and ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies. Conduct daily site inspections and report work progress to the Project Manager. Identify and resolve site issues related to manpower, materials, and equipment. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials and equipment. Maintain proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or theft. Issue materials to site personnel based on approved material requisitions. Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and material issue/receipt logs. Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Monitor material consumption and notify management when stock replenishment is required. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain records of tools, equipment, and assets issued to workers. Prepare daily site reports, inventory reports, and material usage reports. Ensure the site store remains clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety requirements. Assist with project documentation and other duties assigned by management.
