Job Description: Overall PropertyManagement of the Estate that he/she assigned to include soft Services such asPest Control, Landscape, Cleaning and Security. Required to plan,formulate, manage and oversee the fitting-out, operations, maintenance andupkeep of buildings and land area. Supervise and managecontractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smoothoperation of the buildings Attend to feedbackby tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions in a timely manner. Promote goodrelations with our staff, contractors and management. Ensue renewal of MAcontract Ensure allpreventive maintenance programs for all M&E/ building equipment incompliance with relevant legislations and safe work procedures. Conduct monthlycouncil meeting and AGM. Oversee preparationof annual budget and implement cost saving measures. Provide timelyguidance and advices for Site Team under his/her charge. Job Qualifications: Candidate mustpossess at least a diploma in Estate Management, Building Services Engineeringor equivalent. Minimum 4-5 years ofMCST experience for Diploma holders and have experience in handling commercialor/and industrial building. Good knowledge ofBMSMA Act. Contract Managementskillset is a must; Overseas regularbuilding maintenance and repairs; Maintaining andupdating Standard Operation procedures; Monitoring ofmaintenance budget; Coordinate councilmeetings and AGM; Dispute management; Knowledge of BMSMAis mandatory; Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm CBM Pte.
