Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities Participate in meetings, perform site inspections to monitor work progress, and identify design errors and drawing inconsistencies Provide technical support and solutions to site teams and resolve design-related issues Coordinating interfacing design and construction works with consultants (in-house & Client’s), subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met Liaising with the Employer’s Consultants and QSS teams to resolve technical issues Coordinating designs with relevant department person-in-charge to ensure consistency across different disciplines such as architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical Oversee the design development process and address any project risks to ensure smooth execution Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards. Conduct technical audits and inspections as required.
