Quantity Surveyor (Work From Home)

Non-consultancy experience is welcome too! 5 days with Hybrid Work arrangements (Work From Home) Responsibilities Provide support in cost management of projects Work collaboratively with other Consultants to manage related issues on the multidisciplinary projects and liaise with stakeholders on requirements Be professional and diligent in meetings, able to negotiate and communicate with clients and build strong working relationships. Measurement (taking off quantities), apply suitable rates to build up cost estimates. Preparation of tender and contract documentation. Finalization of project final accounts, among other QS tasks. Requirements At least Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building/ Construction Management or equivalent Comfortable managing multiple small-scale projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
