Job Summary You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and manage core accounting functions to support business operations. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting issues and enhance internal controls, contributing to the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assisting Accounts Manager to prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports within established deadlines to support business decision-making Manage accounts payable processes by verifying, processing invoices, delivery orders and payments to ensure timely and authorized disbursements Oversee general ledger, petty cash reimbursement and fixed asset management to maintain accurate financial records Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve issues related to monthly account closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness Assist in reviewing and improving internal control procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance Perform additional accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned to support business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience Experience handling full set of accounts Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across departments Proficient computer skills to manage accounting software and reporting tools
