Company Overview Eng Lam Contractors Co (Pte) Ltd is a Grade A1 civil engineering contractor and subsidiary of a public listed company. It specializes in infrastructure projects for government agencies, delivering quality roads, drainage, sewer and other civil works with a team of 480 employees. Responsibilities Manage pre- and post-contract administration by preparing and evaluating costing, claims, variation orders, final accounts and progress claims to ensure accurate financial control Perform quantity take-offs, budgeting, negotiation, quotation and procurement during the pre-tender stage to support competitive and compliant tender submissions Establish contract agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to formalize project scopes and terms Administer subcontracts by managing quotations, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, variation orders, extensions of time, final accounts and providing contractual advice to mitigate risks Collaborate effectively with site personnel and client representatives to maintain productive working relationships and support project delivery Execute additional duties as assigned by the company to support operational needs Requirements: Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field Be able to take instructions and work independently Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels Able to work well in a team
