Summary: Salary range Quantity Surveyor $3500-$4500 Senior Quantity Surveyor $4500-$6000 5 days Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm Location: Ubi Industry: Air conditioning contractor in Singapore (ACMV) Fulltime, with AWS & Bonus Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment. Perform quantity take-offs and measurements based on project drawings and specifications. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost schedules, and tender documents. Assist in tender submissions, cost analysis, and quotation evaluations. Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project costing matters. Support the project team with cost control and other duties assigned by the Manager. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the ACMV or M&E industry. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will consider for senior position. Good knowledge of tendering procedures, cost estimation, pricing formats, and schedules of rates.
