Operations Engineer

Responsibilities Reporting to the Deputy Site Manager Responsible in plant improvement Execute large Chiller plant Operations and maintenance for Pump set Ensure operations SOPs are available and always updated Upkeep maintenance records Investigate and report equipment defect, deficiency and abnormalities Issue work order for equipment with abnormalities Ensure all Mechanical system and related works carried out by sub-contractor are planned and executed to the requirements. To be competent in overseeing sub-contractor work, coordination with other department and to ensure ENGIE EHS and Regulatory compliance at the site. Provide effective leadership to a team of Technician by efficiently delegating tasks and resources to achieve daily operations requirement. Identify and arrange for the training and development of the technicians at site. Ready to respond to emergencies and instructions provided by direct supervisor. Schedule the work timetable for the equipment maintenance/overhaul Job Requirements Degree/Diploma in any relevant Engineering discipline Relevant maintenance work experience in industrial plant operations Technical knowledge in rotating and static mechanical & electrical equipment maintenance and machinery vibration analysis will be an added advantage. Possess good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated and values teamwork.
