About the Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to support our facilities management operations at a healthcare site. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations, and supporting project documentation needs. Responsibilities: Assist and support the site team in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance works and project implementation works. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on project-related matters. Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, records, drawings, and technical submissions. Update and maintain engineering drawings using AutoCAD and/or BIM software. Assist and support the site team during internal and external audits, including preparation of records and documentation. Conduct E-Disposal assessments and inspections, including site photographs, provide recommendations, liaise with relevant departments to raise disposal work orders, and ensure all updates are uploaded into the system. Manage and monitor the calibration validity of all site equipment and maintain related records. Coordinate statutory compliance requirements, utilities management, and proper filing of relevant documents. Manage and maintain SharePoint access for employees and ensure effective document control and management. Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation. Update and maintain organizational charts. Liaise with the Safety Officer and Storeman to maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS), chemical inventory declarations, and store inventory records. Manage the Electronic Permit-to-Work (ePTW) system and coordinate permit activities with clients and the hospital Safety Officer. Prepare reports, records, and documentation as required by management. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or BIM software is MUST. Good organizational and documentation management skills. Familiarity with maintenance operations, statutory compliance, and safety management systems will be an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
