Assistant Project Manager (Healthcare)

Responsibilities Responsible for planning, executing, and deliverinprojects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring quality outcomes. Responsible for independently leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision. Proactively manage resources, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project outcomes. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates. Monitor and track project progress, ensuringmilestones and deliverables are met. Prepare tender specifications. Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project updates with senior leaders Manage expectations, risks, and issues proactively. Prepare project budgets and ensure cost efficiency. Track variances and implement corrective actions where needed. Call for quotations Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements. Lead cross-functional project teams, contractors, and vendors. Provide guidance, support, and conflict resolution to drive performance.
