Channel & Distributor Management : Establishing and managing overseas distribution channels and regional partnerships, including monitoring their performance and execution. Strategic Account Management : Managing high-value regional accounts by understanding complex needs and recommending technical fastener solutions (e.g., PEM fasteners). Market Intelligence : Conducting regional research to stay updated on market shifts, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes in different countries. Cross-functional Collaboration : Working with marketing, technical and supply chain teams to act on leads. Data Maintenance : Updating CRM systems (e.g. Asana, Pipedrive, Salesforce) to track sales goals, business trends, and client interactions. Sales Documentation : Manage RFQs (Request for Quotes), Costing Sheets and all related documentation to support the business development activities.
