About this role

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance while balancing risk and return. The successful candidate will develop investment strategies, monitor market trends, and make informed investment decisions aligned with clients' or the organization's financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement investment strategies based on market conditions and investment objectives. Manage diversified investment portfolios across various asset classes. Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on investment opportunities. Monitor portfolio performance and recommend portfolio rebalancing where appropriate. Perform asset allocation and security selection to optimize investment returns. Assess and manage portfolio risks, including market, credit, liquidity, and concentration risks. Prepare investment reports, performance analysis, and portfolio reviews for management and clients. Stay informed of economic developments, market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments. Ensure compliance with investment guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Collaborate with investment analysts, traders, risk management, compliance, and relationship management teams to execute investment strategies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, investment management, asset management, or wealth management. Strong knowledge of capital markets, equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment analysis. Proficient in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and performance attribution. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and investment platforms such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Morningstar. Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are highly preferred. Preferred Competencies Strong commercial and investment acumen. Ability to make sound investment decisions under changing market conditions. High level of integrity and attention to detail.
