Together with our consumer brands, SakeMama and Fermenteria, we bring unique Japanese beverage experiences to restaurants, businesses and consumers in Singapore. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys food, beverages, hospitality, marketing and learning how a business operates from the ground up. What You'll Do Support daily business operations in cold chain logistics & warehousing Assist with customer service and events Assist with Digital Marketing for social media and marketing campaigns Help manage online orders and customer enquiries Support sales and business development activities Work closely with management on special projects What We're Looking For ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn ✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Interest in food, beverages, hospitality or entrepreneurship ✔ Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ✔ Basic photography, video editing or Canva skills are a plus ✔ Organised, responsible and proactive ✔ Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage What You'll Gain Exposure to the food & beverage, e-commerce and hospitality industries Hands-on experience across multiple areas of a growing business Training in Japanese sake, craft beverages and customer engagement Opportunities for career growth and advancement To Apply Please send your resume together with a short introduction about yourself and why you're interested in joining us.
