You will work closely with the management team and be developed into a future business leader. Responsibilities Business Development Support customer acquisition initiatives to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients to enhance partnership opportunities. Assist in researching and identifying new market opportunities to expand business reach. Sales & Marketing Support execution of product launches, roadshows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility. Coordinate marketing activities and social media initiatives to engage target audiences. Prepare detailed sales reports and monitor campaign performance to inform strategic decisions. Operations & Supply Chain Assist in inventory planning and stock management to ensure optimal product availability. Coordinate deliveries and logistics operations to maintain efficient supply chain flow. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and smooth product availability. Customer Service Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to maintain high service standards. Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
