In this role, you will be at the heart of our project execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality exhibition and interior projects. Key Responsibilities: Bilingual: Accurately translate project-related documents and terminology between English and Chinese, with a specific focus on interior design and exhibition terminology. On-Site Coordination: Lead on-site coordination efforts by controlling work progress, resolving issues in real-time, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and quality standards. Progress Monitoring: Closely monitor the progress of work both on-site and at the factory, maintaining clear communication with all teams to preempt and address potential delays. Quality Assurance: Uphold our company's standards for quality and safety throughout all phases of project delivery. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the interior, exhibition or related industry. Knows how to drive. Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with the ability to accurately translate technical terminology. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage workers and liaise with clients and team members.
