About the Job The Engagement Officer will play a vital role in raising public awareness about fostering and supporting the recruitment and assessment of foster parents. This position is suited to a committed and passionateindividual who is motivated to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Job Scope Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events to recruit new foster parents Identify appropriate outreach channels and opportunities for collaboration with partners who can aid the Fostering Agency in its outreach efforts Create and design content to raise public awareness about fostering Manage public enquiries about the Fostering Scheme and conduct assessments of foster parent candidates Work collaboratively with the Senior Recruitment Officer and other staff in the fostering agency team Requirements Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills Proficiency in social media management and design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Some experience in project and event management will be beneficial Able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work on weekends and evenings when required (Time-off will be given) Qualifications Minimum Diploma, with preferably a minimum 2 years of experience in the social service sector Other Information Location of workplace: Bukit Batok (10 minutes walk away from the MRT station) Attractive annual remuneration comprising fixed and variable bonuses Hybrid working arrangement
