Social Media Manager [Pps2-001-07]

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms Manage and oversee daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations Lead community management efforts by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building meaningful online relationships Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure all social media content is on-brand and strategically aligned Plan and execute paid social media campaigns including Meta Ads and sponsored content to drive reach and conversions Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and effective Oversee and mentor junior social media team members to maintain consistent quality and output across all channels Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally EA License Number: 22C1278 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to being contacted for current or future job opportunities.
