Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored solutions that drive growth and satisfaction Manage the full client lifecycle from initial outreach and onboarding through to long-term relationship management Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to ensure consistently high service standards Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development and engagement activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions and service commitments Track and report on client growth metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for further expansion Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above People-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving results Comfortable engaging with both candidates and clients professionally EA License Number: 22C1278 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to being contacted for current or future job opportunities.
