Logistic Assistant

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to manage daily shipping activities, coordinate deliveries, prepare shipping documentation and support smooth logistics operations while ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Order Management team on shipping-related enquiries. Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, prepare import and export shipment documentation. Liaise with transport providers, couriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and smooth shipment processing. Arrange local transportation and dispatch activities, including pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation, including Proof of Delivery (POD), export permits, invoices, and shipping records. Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of shipping and customs-related documents. Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries. Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies, delivery issues, and transportation-related concerns. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction. Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior. Requirements: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding preferred. Knowledge of import/ export procedures and shipping documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good communication, coordination and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Others info: Monday– Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Walking distance from Ubi MRT Station.
