Assistant Manager / Manager, Finance, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust

The role is responsible for leading the group consolidation process, preparing consolidated financial statements according to SFRS, and ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reporting. This includes coordinating with subsidiary teams, analyzing management accounts, and supporting audit and budgeting processes. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a CPA or equivalent certification preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of experience focused on group consolidation and financial reporting. Strong knowledge of SFRS, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency with systems like SAP and IBM Cognos Controller are highly valued.
