The opportunity We are seeking an experienced ServiceNowDevelopment Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNowsolutions for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate willpossess strong ServiceNow technical expertise, proven people leadershipcapabilities, and a track record of delivering successful digitaltransformation initiatives within a consulting or professional servicesenvironment. Your key responsibilities · Lead end-to-end delivery ofServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and transformation programs. · Partner with clients tounderstand business challenges and translate requirements into scalableServiceNow solutions. · Manage multiple clientengagements concurrently, ensuring delivery quality, timeline adherence, andbudget management. · Facilitate workshops,solution design sessions, and stakeholder presentations. · Serve as a trusted advisorto client stakeholders, providing recommendations aligned to industry bestpractices. · Provide architecture andsolution oversight across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD,CSM, SPM, and IntegrationHub. · Research, design, anddevelop computer and network software or specialised utility programs usingServiceNow · Analyse user needs anddevelop software solutions using servicenow, applying principles and techniquesof computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. · Update software, enhancesexisting software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing andvalidation procedures. · Work with compu…
