- Day to day operation includes manage sales, return and refund - Handle customer service across different platforms - Labelling & pasting sticker of E-commerce order if required - Complete orders within the timeline to fulfill customer's order - General warehouse duties - Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirement: - Comfortable with non air-con environment - Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Able to read simple english to pack orders accordingly - Responsible and able to commit fully, long term. - Immediate or short notice period will be advantageous - Physical duties required - Knowledge on Lazada, Shopee will be an advantage - No experience required but willing to learn Working hours: Monday - friday (8.30am - 6.00pm) Location : East (Aljunied)
