Lead IT Product Manager***

This will be a 2-years direct contract position. Responsibilities Lead and mentor junior PM. Define standards for discovery, PRDs, experimentation, and product quality. Define product strategy and OKRs Translate needs into a sequenced and measurable roadmap. Conduct market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Ensure user needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development. Drive rollout readiness (training, comms, support, feedback loops). Champion instrumentation and dashboards for adoption/efficiency/quality. Manage risks (privacy/security, data quality, operational readiness). Responsibilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8 years in product management experience with evidence of shipping outcomes Minimum 3 years in leading PMs and cross-functional teams in complex environments Strong in Product Discovery, Prioritisation, Metrics, Data-Driven, Stakeholder influence Technical literacy to work effectively with engineers on platform, data and integration trade-offs Ethos Search Associates Pte.
