Engineering Manager (F)***

Responsibilities Define engineering vision, strategy, and directions. Manage roadmaps for delivering product vision incrementally and efficiently. Produce long-term technical plan and roadmap with regular updates to anticipate future product/business needs and infrastructure requirements. Engage engineers on their performance, professional growth, offering constructive feedback, mentoring, and guidance. Develop quality, reliability, and security strategies. Identify and promote worthwhile engineering initiatives. Promotes practices and tools that encourage strong engineering culture and effectiveness. Build engineering visibility and standards from the ground up across a portfolio of systems and vendors. Track engineering capabilities backed by facts Define and maturing key pillars such as Infrastructure-as-Code (creation, patching, remediation), CI/CD (build, test, deploy), and compliance posture (audits, VAPT, risk management). Leverage leading and lagging metrics such as lead time and deployment frequency to create accountability and drive measurable improvement. Assist with recruitment, especially with senior hires. Requirement Experience in reasonably large, high-availability software systems that have operated at scale. modern full-stack web application technologies; modern front-end engineering like Next.js/React.js and Java/TypeScript on the backend. guiding a team to achieve important goals together. coaching developers (at least 2+ years).
