Regional Sales Account Manager (Design Software)

Software Sales Manager – Semiconductor / EDA Solutions We are seeking an experienced and driven Software Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong sales background in the semiconductor & engineering industry and a passion for developing strategic client relationships, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete software sales cycle, from prospecting through contract closure. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Build, maintain, and manage a healthy sales pipeline. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with the broader sales organization. Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organizations. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Promote the company's software solutions and deliver compelling presentations to prospective customers. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the high-tech or semiconductor industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of semiconductor IC design, ASICs, ASIC vendors, foundries, EDA software, and the semiconductor design flow and ecosystem. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
