Associate, Procurement / Planning @ One North (1 Year Renewable Agency Contract)

Job Description Day-to-day operating works for procurement of goods/services Assist to raise ePRS/PRAS request, perform Goods/services delivered for our stakeholders with the understanding of procurement workflows Track requests, GR and anything in relation to procurement status Assist in end-to-end meetings procurement/planning matters Assist and support ad-hoc planning seminars and other matters involving planning Assist in other matters, when necessary Requirements Minimally Degree in Business and Finance preferred Minimally 2-3 year of administrative experience would be an advantage Proficiency with Ms. Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), procurement and finance procedures and processes would be an added advantage. Proficiency with SAP Systems Good documentation and communication skills Able to work independently or in a team environment.
