Senior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accounts Executive to support the General Ledger (GL) function and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. This role is suitable for someone with strong fundamentals in accounting who can work independently on month-end closing and daily accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Handle full sets of accounts for assigned entities Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and ensure accuracy of the General Ledger Ensure a good cooperative relationship through timely and effective communication with business personnel and relevant government departments Assist in audit and tax related matters. Prepare balance sheet schedules and resolve discrepancies Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Support process improvements and system enhancements where applicable Requirements Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with GL exposure Familiar with month-end closing and financial reporting processes Basic knowledge of accounting standards and local compliance requirements Proficient in Excel and accounting systems Able to work independently and meet deadlines Meticulous with details with good organizational skills
