Management Advisor Job Summary The Management Advisor leads the design, approval, and continuous improvement of academic and workforce development programs within a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore. This role ensures full compliance with SSG/TPG regulations and EduTrust certification standards. Reporting directly to the managing director, the management advisor integrates program strategy and quality assurance with regulatory governance to drive sustainable institutional growth and minimize audit risks. Key Responsibilities Programme Management Lead end-to-end course design, review, validation, and SSG/TPG approval processes via TPGateway. Align curricula with SkillsFuture frameworks, industry needs, and GES performance benchmarks. Implement continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics, stakeholder feedback, and digital innovation tools. Promote academic excellence and learning quality through structured QA systems and benchmarking against national and international standards. Regulatory Compliance Oversee EduTrust certification and renewal cycles, ensuring full compliance across all seven criteria and required documentation. Manage submissions and respond to SSG/CPE audits with actionable improvement and corrective plans. Ensure adherence to ISO, PDPA/DPTM, and international student policies (including Student’s Pass requirements). Administer WSG/SkillsFuture grants and statutory filings, and produce compliance reports for internal and external audits. Develop systems to identify risk trends and propose preventive and corrective measures for institutional compliance stability. Reporting Structure Reports to: Managing Director Collaborates with the academic, finance, HR, and quality assurance divisions, as well as external auditors and SSG/CPE officers. Advisory Scope: Provides strategic guidance to management on compliance, operational governance, and program design alignment. Skills and Competencies Technical Expertise In-depth understanding of SSG regulations, TPGateway processes, and EduTrust frameworks (7 criteria, GD4, award tiers). Competence in ISO, DPTM, PDPA, and related quality management standards. Proficiency in interpreting regulatory guidelines into operational and academic workflows. Analytical & Strategic Thinking Strong quantitative analysis skills to interpret GES/PEI metrics and drive data-informed decisions. Ability to integrate compliance requirements into strategic planning and institutional development. Interpersonal & Leadership Skills Excellent stakeholder engagement with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management capabilities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Education and Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in education, business administration, or a related discipline is required. Master’s degree preferred. 5–8 years of relevant experience in program management and compliance within a private education institution. At least 3 years of direct experience handling SSG/EduTrust/TPG audits, validations, or related compliance work. Professional training or certification in EduTrust, SSG/TPG compliance, or ISO Lead Auditor is desirable. Salary and Benefits Base Salary: S$5,000–S$7,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
