Job Description & Requirements Job Title: Full-Time Trainer – Construction / Shipyard / Oil &Petrochemical / Manufacturing / Logistics Industries/ Fork LiftOperation/Scissor Lift Operations / Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Rigger and Signalman Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a qualified trainer to conduct training programmes inthe Burmese language. The successful candidate must be proficient in spoken and written Burmese to effectively deliver training,communicate with learners, and prepare course materials in Burmese Conduct training sessions and competency demonstrations forConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman. Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and safetystandards. Develop and update training materials, course content, andassessments. Mentor and coach trainees to achieve competency in theirrespective fields. Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) Trainers. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needsand customize courses accordingly. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certification. Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning among trainees. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in competency demonstrationwithin the specified industries. Full ACTA certification requiredPossession of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health(WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handlingConstruction / Shipyard / Oil & Petrochemical / Manufacturing /Logistics Industries/ Fork Lift Operation/Scissor Lift Operations /Boom Lift Operations/ Scaffolding/ Formwork/ Safe Lifting / Riggerand Signalman courses. Must have completed the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers CourseExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practicalcompetency demonstrations. Immediate availability to start. Proficiency in spoken and written Burmese is essential, as the roleinvolves conducting training and communicating with Burmese speaking trainees. Working Hours: 5.5 days per week, with 8 working hours per day.
