JD Test Manager – Temenos (T24) Banking 1-Year Renewable Contract Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to leadend-to-end testing activities for Temenos (T24) banking implementations andenhancements. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining teststrategies, managing testing teams, coordinating with business and technologystakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery across banking platforms. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the overall test strategy, test plan, and test execution for Temenos T24 projects. Lead SIT, UAT, System Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Production Verification Testing. Manage test resources, schedules, risks, issues, and defect resolution. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Developers, and business users to ensure complete test coverage. Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs to identify test scenarios and test cases. Coordinate testing across multiple interfacing systems including payments, core banking, channels, and middleware applications. Track testing progress and provide regular status reports to project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with banking standards, governance, and testing best practices. Support release management and production deployment activities. Requirements Hands-on experience delivering testing for Temenos T24 / Transact projects. Strong understanding of Core Banking, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer Management, and Treasury modules. Experience managing SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing in banking environments. Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, Quality Center, or Azure DevOps. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.…
