Product Director

Responsibilities Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for critical business platforms and digital products. Translate business priorities, customer needs, operational requirements, and technical considerations into clear product roadmaps and execution plans. Establish and monitor product success metrics, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, customer outcomes, and operational performance. Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and external partners to secure alignment, prioritise investments, and manage dependencies. Develop deep expertise in the product domain, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic decisions, risk considerations, and product direction. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance product capabilities and team effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement. Drive recruitment and succession planning efforts, helping to attract, retain, and develop future product leaders. Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, optimisation, and continuous enhancement. Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, research, data, and operations to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. Ensure products meet high standards of quality, security, compliance, accessibility, and operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of product management, product leadership, or related experience, preferably within large-scale digital, enterprise, platform, or technology-driven environments.
