Role Overview The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that support the company’s brand positioning, business objectives, and growth priorities. The role will manage multiple marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with the company’s brand positioning, business objectives, and growth priorities. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and achieve defined KPIs. Analyze campaign performance and customer insights, providing recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and ROI. Maintain high standards of execution across all marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and quality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Partnerships, Events, Community, Sales, and Operations, to deliver coordinated marketing campaigns. Identify and implement new marketing tools, platforms, processes, and best practices to improve team productivity and campaign performance. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities across technology, AI, fintech, Web3, and digital ecosystems. Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members where appropriate. Contribute to the development of a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing marketing team culture. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field. Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business impact. Experience working in startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Collaborative working style, with experience partnering across different functions and stakeholder groups. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Experience mentoring junior team members or coordinating a small marketing team would be advantageous but is not essential. Familiarity with cryptocurrency, Web3, AI, fintech, or other emerging technology industries would be a strong advantage.
