This role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance across multiple digital channels. The role will work closely with the Marketing Lead and Marketing Manager to turn campaign data into actionable insights, improve marketing effectiveness, and support data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance across digital channels, including email marketing campaigns, EDMs, advertising campaigns, and other customer acquisition initiatives. Prepare daily marketing performance reports covering key metrics such as campaign reach, click-through rate, conversion rate, engagement, and overall campaign effectiveness. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities. Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign targeting, timing, messaging, audience engagement, and overall performance. Work closely with the Marketing Lead and Marketing Manager to evaluate campaign effectiveness and support data-driven marketing decisions. Measure the performance of EDM and email marketing campaigns by analyzing delivery rates, audience engagement, click behaviour, and conversion metrics. Monitor marketing funnels and customer acquisition performance to identify opportunities to improve campaign ROI. Translate complex marketing data into clear and meaningful business insights for internal stakeholders. Support the ongoing optimization of marketing campaigns through regular analysis and performance recommendations. Maintain accurate marketing dashboards and reporting processes, ensuring stakeholders have timely visibility into campaign performance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing data and insights support broader business objectives and growth initiatives. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital marketing analytics, growth marketing, or a similar analytical marketing role. Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including click-through rate, conversion rate, campaign performance, customer acquisition, and marketing attribution. Experience analyzing EDM or email marketing performance and recommending improvements to campaign effectiveness. Strong ability to interpret marketing data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify meaningful trends beyond surface-level data. Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how marketing performance contributes to wider business outcomes. Experience preparing recurring marketing performance reports and presenting insights to stakeholders. Comfortable working with marketing dashboards, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and data visualization platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience supporting B2B, B2C, events, technology, AI, cryptocurrency, or agency marketing environments would be advantageous but is not essential. Preferred Background Experience working in a high-growth startup, technology company, marketing agency, or digital-first business. Exposure to marketing automation, CRM, or email marketing platforms. Familiarity with event marketing performance analysis. A commercially focused approach, with the ability to provide recommendations rather than only reporting data.
