About this role

Our client is a fast-growing tech consulting / SI company, specializing in delivering end-to-end digital transformation services across Southeast Asia. Key Responsibilities Own sales targets and drive revenue growth across assigned enterprise accounts and territory. Develop strategic account plans to identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and build long-term customer relationships. Sell complex, multi-solution projects across areas such as cloud migration, DevOps transformation, ITSM, CRM/CX, data analytics, AI/ML, application modernization, and integration. Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, business owners and other key decision-makers. Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and external partners to shape customer solutions and ensure strong delivery outcomes. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, track account activity, and manage client information through the CRM system. Monitor client satisfaction, support renewals, and drive account expansion through repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software solutions, SaaS, IT consulting , or systems integration sales. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client pain points and position business-led technology solutions. Extensive experience working with clients in the BFSI sector . Demonstrated hunter mindset with the ability to strategically farm and grow existing enterprise accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging C-suite executives, IT leadership, business owners. Structured, metrics-driven, and able to manage pipeline, forecasting, and account reporting independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment with cross-functional teams.
