Position Overview As part of THE CLIENT Group's ongoing global expansion strategy, the company is establishing an international trading platform, with Singapore or Hong Kong serving as its global operating hub, to accelerate expansion into mature overseas markets, particularly North America and Europe, while supporting worldwide business development. As the CEO of the International Trading Company, you will be fully responsible for the company's strategic planning, organizational development, market expansion, and overall business management. You will build the international trading business from the ground up and establish a world-class global trading platform that drives sustainable overseas growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Build the International Trading Company (0–1) Develop the overall corporate strategy and business plan for the international trading company. Build the overseas organization, leadership team, and operating structure from scratch. Establish international trade processes, governance systems, and operational standards. Create a globally competitive international trading platform. 2. Lead North America & Europe Market Expansion Develop market entry strategies and annual business plans for North America and Europe. Build the business from 0 to 1, including organization, sales teams, channel development, and market establishment. Develop overseas sales networks, distributor partnerships, and strategic customer relationships. Lead Yanjin Shoppe's entry into mainstream retail channels as well as Asian grocery channels across North America and Europe to drive sustainable business growth. Experience in Australia, New Zealand, or Southeast Asia is considered a plus, but proven success in North America and/or Europe is the core requirement. 3. International Brand Development Develop overseas brand strategies and global brand positioning. Design localized brand marketing strategies based on consumer behavior in different countries. Drive global brand expansion and enhance international brand awareness. Continuously analyze consumer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to optimize market strategies. 4. International Trade Operations Establish a comprehensive international trading operation system. Oversee global supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and cross-border trade operations. Optimize procurement, fulfillment, and operational efficiency. Develop international trade risk management systems and compliance mechanisms. 5. Business & P&L Management Take full responsibility for the International Trading Company's overall business performance and P&L. Set annual business objectives, revenue targets, and profit plans. Establish budgeting, financial planning, and business performance management systems. Continuously improve organizational effectiveness and operational excellence. Be accountable for the overall financial and operational performance of the company. Candidate Requirements Relevant Industry Background (Must Have) Candidates must come from the Food & FMCG industry, including but not limited to: Seasonings & Condiments Snack Foods Food & Beverage Branded Consumer Food Products Experience Minimum 10 years of international business leadership experience. Proven experience leading international market expansion for global consumer brands. Demonstrated success building businesses from 0 to 1 in North America and/or Europe. Strong understanding of international trade, import/export, and cross-border business operations. Experience building international organizations and leading multicultural teams. Proven track record of full P&L ownership. Candidates are not required to have experience across both North America and Europe; however, they must have proven success in at least one of these regions.
