Job Description: As a Beauty Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving retail sales, providing personalized skincare advice and promoting our premium beauty services. This position is ideal for someone passionate about beauty, sales, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell facial treatments and premium skincare products. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through service packages and retail products. Provide professional skincare consultations tailored to clients' needs. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat visits. Maintain knowledge of the latest skincare trends and product offerings. Ensure a welcoming and pristine salon environment for clients. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, retail, or the beauty industry (facial/beauty-related experience is a plus). Passion for skincare and beauty with a customer-first mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
