As Senior Finance Executive — and a future star at Jack — you will be responsible for executing day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and discipline, and supporting the Senior Finance Manager in maintaining reliable financial records and compliance. This role focuses on handling full spectrum accounts, monthly close, preparing audit/tax schedules and ensuring timely compliance with statutory requirements. What you’ll be doing: Financial Reporting & Accounting Support Finance Manager in the month-end and year-end close process, partnering with the outsourced accounting service provider (OASP) to ensure accurate and timely delivery of monthly financials in accordance with relevant accounting standards Review the schedules and deliverables prepared by OASP, ensuring completeness and accuracy Prepare monthly management and financial reports, variance analysis and other reporting schedules, including any deliverables not within the scope of OASP Operational Finance Work closely with the agency team on the end-to-end project life cycle from set-up to billing and reconciliation, and ensure jobs are closed on a timely basis Monitor client billings and support receivables monitoring, collections, and cash flow tracking Review revenue recognition and ensure that WIP accounts are reconciled on a timely basis Compliance & Audit Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audit, corporate tax and statutory compliances Prepare audit and tax schedules, and follow up on queries for timely completion Prepare quarterly GST submissions Others Ad-hoc tasks and duties as required The person we are looking for, would ideally have: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent professional qualification 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably with experience managing full spectrum accounts Proactive, detail oriented and able to work independently Good team player with a positive work attitude Jack Morton is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
