Tour Guide

Love meeting new people and sharing Singapore's stories? We're looking for enthusiastic, licensed freelance Tour Guides to deliver engaging guided tours and create enjoyable experiences for visitors. Key responsibilities: Conduct guided tours of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Lead and manage walking tour groups of 5 to 30 visitors. Facilitate interactive elements such as games and multimedia stations and assist the visitors with difficulties. Monitor crowd movement, maintain order, and ensure visitor safety. Encourage completion of the customer feedback survey at the end of the tour. Requirements Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Level passes (Grades A1 to C6). Possess a valid Singapore Tourism Board (STB) License Relevant experience in homeland security-related industries and/or conducting guided tours at museums, heritage attractions, or places of interest in Singapore. Professionally proficient in spoken English and at least another mother tongue language (spoken). Strong presentation, storytelling, and public speaking skills. Working hours: Tue to Fri: 10.00 am - 5.30 pm Sat: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm Working Place: Novena, Singapore
