About the Role Lead the Regional Human Resources function across Southeast Asia, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies that support business growth, strengthen organizational capabilities, and build a high-performing workforce within the IT and technology services industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives across Southeast Asia. Act as a strategic business partner to senior management on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management. Oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement, HR operations, and offboarding. Lead regional recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent across technical, sales, project management, and corporate functions. Develop talent management and leadership development programmes to strengthen organizational capabilities and succession pipelines. Review and implement competitive compensation and benefits programmes aligned with market trends and business needs. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with employment legislation and regulatory requirements across each country of operation. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievance handling, investigations, and conflict resolution. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, business expansion, and workforce transformation projects. Oversee HR systems, HR analytics, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. Collaborate with regional and country management teams to ensure consistent HR governance while addressing local business requirements. Manage regional HR budgets and lead the regional HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional HR leadership role. Experience supporting regional operations within the IT, technology, telecommunications, cloud, managed services, or digital infrastructure industry. Strong knowledge of the full spectrum of Human Resources and regional employment practices across Southeast Asia. Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance. Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance across multiple Southeast Asian countries. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition for technical and commercial roles. Experience leading organizational development, change management, and culture transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using HR metrics to support business decisions. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia as required.
