Content Authoring Support: Configure Sitecore templates, data schemas, and standard values to provide an intuitive experience for content authors. Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and optimize client-side performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, fast load times, and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG). Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend .NET engineers, and product owners to translate wireframes and user stories into functional digital experiences. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2–3 years of professional hands-on development experience within the Sitecore CMS environment (Sitecore 9.x / 10.x preferred). Front-End Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in modern front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS), vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), and modern framework experience (React, Angular, or Vue.js). Sitecore Skills: Solid understanding of Sitecore architecture, template design, layouts, renderings, and dynamic component styling. Experience with Sitecore SXA or Headless (JSS/Next.js) is a major plus. Development Tools: Familiarity with Git/source control, front-end build tools (Webpack, Gulp, or Vite), and continuous integration pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to hit the ground running in an agile environment, and clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
