Events & Catering Executive

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive Events & Catering revenue. Achieve sales targets for event venue bookings and mini buffet catering services. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their event requirements and delivering tailored solutions. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Supervise on-site event setup and execution, working closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. Prepare event proposals, quotations, and follow up on enquiries to secure bookings. Ensure all events are executed in accordance with company standards, timelines, and budgets. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, catering sales or a related field. Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities. Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple events simultaneously. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required
