Stage Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage show timelines, cue calls and ensure performances start and end on schedule Conduct pre-show checks on all stage and backstage equipment and props Handle real-time problem-solving and quick decision-making during live shows Maintain a clean and organized stage and backstage area at all times Coordinate with operation manager to ensure smooth transitions during entertainment sets Keep detailed performance logs and update weekly/monthly show schedules Ensure all performers and crew adhere to house rules, safety protocols and performance standards Requirements: Proven experience as a stage manager, production assistant or similar role in the entertainment or nightlife industry Excellent organizational and time management skills Confident communicator with the ability to lead and coordinate a team under pressure Ability to work late evenings, weekends and public holidays Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling of stage gear
