Accounts Executive (Full Set) / HR

Accounts Executive / Accounts & Administration Singaporean / PR Only Key Responsibilities: Handle full sets of accounts. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), credit control, and payroll. Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records. Process invoicing and verify supplier invoices. Enter financial data into the company's in-house accounting system. Assist with HR-related administrative duties. Handle general administrative tasks and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Experience in handling full sets of accounts. Knowledge of bookkeeping, AR, AP, payroll, and credit control. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Working Hours: Monday to Friday Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
