Job Summary Provide financial insights and partner with business units to drive growth through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis in a dynamic real estate environment. Responsibilities Deliver market and business insights to support financial modelling for business proposals and decision-making Analyze monthly financial results and business drivers to explain variances against budget and forecasts Manage the annual budgeting process, incorporating economic indicators and market trends to prepare accurate forecasts Collaborate with business units to develop strategies and recommendations that enhance growth and profitability Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results to support business reporting requirements Act as a business partner to managers by managing sales and cost performance effectively Support the establishment and monitoring of KPIs for business units, regions, divisions, and key initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis Required competencies and certifications Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification CPA or relevant professional qualification Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 3 years in external audit Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Strong financial modelling and analysis skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
