Technician (Islandwide)

The technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance for assigned properties, ensuring the smooth operation of all building mechanical and electrical services. They will also manage work orders, attend to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification. They must also be versatile, able to perform carpentry work, and be willing to work shifts.
