Manage legal operations for cross-border business activities, including contract review, product compliance verification, legal training for business teams, liaison with external counsels worldwide. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 3 years of multinational legal experience at: Law firms serving global clients, or Internet/Tech companies with cross-border product distribution 2. Critical competencies: Structural problem-solving ability Persuasive communication (written/verbal) 3. Proactive traits: Ownership mentality & self-driven execution Resilience in fast-paced environments' 4. Collaboration aptitude: Team-oriented approach with stakeholder management skills
