About Child Protection Specialist Centre (CPSC): We are dedicated to providing quality home-based services and support to families and children experiencing abuse or severe neglect at home. Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. Guided by a child-centred, family-focused, and community-based approach, our aim is to empower families to reach their fullest potential and provide ongoing support through life’s changes and challenges. Responsibilities: Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to caseworkers. To co-work with caseworkers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards elimination of risk of child maltreatment. To perform liaison work and information gathering with public/community agencies who consult on child protection issues or report on allegations To provide public education and outreach to increase awareness of child maltreatment To provide logistics and administrative support of programmes (e.g. group work) Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients To perform administrative duties for the centre Requirements: Diploma in Social Work/in relevant discipline Able to work nights (at least 1-2 nights a week) Good communication and interpersonal skills Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience Good Team Player Work Location: Redhill/Choa Chu Kang If you are interested to join us, please apply via Fei Yue Career Portal: https://careers.fycs.org/ For your privacy and security, kindly refrain from including your NRIC number in your application form or resume.
