Regional Senior Account Executive (Anime)

Company Overview Our client has identified "Content & IP," "International Expansion," and "Animation" as its key growth pillars. As part of this initiative, the company established its Singapore office in February 2024 as a strategic hub for expansion across the Asian market. Leveraging its extensive expertise accumulated in Japan and North America, our client aims to understand the unique needs and preferences of each Asian market, enabling deeper audience engagement. This strategic move supports the expansion of licensing, merchandising, and other business opportunities for various popular IPs and animation titles. Job Responsibilities Regional Account Management & Sales: Expand the company's presence across Asia Pacific markets (e.g., Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia). Present, promote, and drive licensing solutions of character intellectual property (IP) to existing and prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term, collaborative business relationships with clients and partners. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction. Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to coordinate marketing and account management efforts. Continuously enhance processes and approaches based on feedback. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field (Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is preferred). Experience: At least 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or marketing. Prior experience in the IP/Entertainment industry is NOT mandatory. Genuine interest and passion for the animation, media, and entertainment industry. Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Business Chinese to effectively communicate, negotiate, and liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts in regions such as Taiwan. Travel: Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas frequently for business purposes. Availability: Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
