About this role

The Regional Lead owns the performance, growth, and reputation of the Client Solutions practice across APAC. Where the Lead Consultant shapes how we win individual engagements, the Regional Lead shapes how the region wins: setting direction, developing leaders, and orchestrating outcomes across the full client lifecycle from first prospect conversation through to long-term client success. This is a leadership role first and a practitioner role second. The Regional Lead operates across both the GTM function and the Client Success function, ensuring prospects and existing clients receive one coherent Fenergo experience, and is accountable for building the executive relationships in the region's largest financial institutions that unlock and expand that experience. Key Responsibilities Regional Leadership & People Lead, develop, and performance-manage Consultants, own succession planning and the leadership bench for the region. Set regional priorities and translate global practice strategy into an executable regional plan with clear ownership and measures. Own hiring, onboarding, and promotion decisions for the region, applying the Career & Competency Framework consistently and fairly. Build a high-performing, collaborative culture that retains top talent and raises the bar across every competency pillar. Cross-Functional Orchestration (GTM × Client Success) Operate as the connective tissue between GTM and Client Success: align pre-sales motions, POV/POC outcomes, and delivery handovers so prospects become successful, referenceable clients. Partner with regional Sales leadership on pipeline strategy, deal qualification, evaluation design, and win strategy for the region's most significant opportunities. Partner with Client Success on adoption, expansion, and escalation management for strategic accounts and thus ensuring field insight flows back into GTM plays and product roadmap input. Resolve competing demands across functions with sound judgement; make and communicate trade-off decisions transparently. Executive Engagement & Market Presence Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level and senior executives (COO, CCO, Heads of Compliance/Operations/Technology) in large financial institutions across the region. Influence executive decision-making through commercial acumen, domain authority, and evidence-led narratives for both new logo pursuits and existing client growth. Represent Fenergo in the regional market: industry events, thought leadership, analyst and partner engagement. Act as executive sponsor and escalation point for the region's critical engagements. Prioritisation & Organisation Manage multiple competing priorities across deals, clients, people, and practice initiatives simultaneously; maintain clarity on what matters most and sequence accordingly. Run a disciplined regional operating cadence: forecasting inputs, engagement reviews, resource allocation, and capacity planning across the team. Maintain rigorous organisational standards: governance of POV/POC design, quality of handover to Delivery/CS, and hygiene across SFDC, Gong, AzDo, and calendar disciplines for the region. Practice Development & Kaizen Own the continuous-improvement operating model for the region: cadence, metrics, and accountability for improvement initiatives. Ensure regional consistency with global standards for demos, discovery, solutioning, and evaluation design, while feeding regional market insight into global plays. Sponsor operational and enablement improvements that make the practice scale: process, tooling, assets, and knowledge transfer. What Success Looks Like Regional performance: win rate, POV/POC-to-close conversion, and expansion revenue in strategic accounts trend upward. One Fenergo experience: prospects transition to successful clients with clean handovers and minimal rework between GTM and Client Success. Executive access: Fenergo holds trusted-advisor relationships at executive level in the region’s priority financial institutions. People: strong internally developed talent with visible succession; team engagement and retention above benchmark; promotions supported by consistent framework application. Operational health: regional hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and governance standards consistently met without escalation.
