Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager (Construction) to oversee and coordinate Firstcom's Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and systems for the team's maintenance projects Account servicing to the company's maintenance clients and external stakeholders Manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of tools, equipment, and materials Oversee service contracts and vendor relationships for outsourced maintenance work Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime Ensure compliance with all local regulations related to building codes, safety standards, and environmental laws Requirements: Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in construction maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Demonstrated success in managing construction maintenance projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in maintenance software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various site locations as needed.
